About

I’m Paolo Espero, a full-stack developer based in the Philippines. I work across the whole stack — interface, API and database — and my focus is software that has to keep working after launch, for people who depend on it.

I’ve been at Southern California Medical Management Services, Inc. since March 2026 — first as Frontend Mobile Developer, and since July as Full Stack Developer and Project Manager. Before that, Frontend Software Developer at PrimeX. The three systems above are all live: my thesis project, a university admission portal with a RIASEC-based course recommender; a freelance CMS portal for a barangay youth council; and a personal car business platform.

I hold a BS in Information Systems (Business Analytics, May 2025) and a TESDA Web Development NC III. I was a student leader through all of college, including chairing the campus student body organization, which is where I learned to run people and delivery as well as code.
